Golden-yellow wine. The rich bouquet seduces us with the freshness of citrus fruits, apples and vineyard peaches, as well as the honey-smelling flowering shrubs of hawthorn and blackthorn. In the mouth, it exhibits a rich body with an abundance of ripe fruit notes, pleasant acidity and a pronounced minerality that leaves a pleasant salty aftertaste.
We recommend Pinot Gris Erzetič with composed fresh salad plates, raw fish (carpaccio, sushi and sashimi), creamy vegetable soups full of flavor, mussels in buzara, sea fish in the oven, roasted chicken or turkey, cured meat products.
