Wine of gentle straw yellow color with gentle pink shades. The wine is very aromatic with a pleasant fruity aroma, among which pear and grapefruit stand out. The taste of the wine is smooth, medium-bodied, and the end of the taste is accompanied by a silky note of citrus.
Food pairing: Wine that complements dishes such as a variety of risottos with vegetables, meat (rabbit, goose) and fish dishes (sole).
