The wine is a deep ruby garnet color. It smells intense, quite ripe, like coffee, licorice, mass incense, a bit of raisins, raisins and vanilla. It is a little sweet, strong and intense in the mouth. The tannins are soft, the taste quite varied, nicely spicy and intense. Fiery wine with a longer decline.
Parring with food: venison, mutton.
