Boris’s tip: Nice and easy to drink because of low alcohol. Pasta or risotto with something spicy. Prosciutto for meat lovers.
Ruby red color with purple hues. A pleasant mix of aromas, dominated by berries. In the mouth, the wine reflects its character. Pleasantly sour, medium-bodied with full flavor intensity. Ripe cherries are evident, the tannin is elegant. Medium to long aftertaste.
Pairing with food: Teran goes well with smoked meat, venison salami, ham and meat with a higher fat content.
