Wine with a clear, golden-yellow color with an oily texture.
The bouquet is accentuated, sophisticated. We detect a ripe yellow apple, persimmon slices, gooseberries. Eventually, we detect bergamot, lemon, and perceptions that evoke dried flowers and marzipan. At the end we notice vanilla, cinnamon, a gentle note of cedar, dry autumn leaves, tea tree and Mediterranean herbs.
The taste is soft, noticeably warm. The freshness works youthfully and prepares our mouths for mineral salinity, and the finish reveals slight perceptions of tannicity. The taste is intense, the wine is elegant, full-bodied and long-lasting, pampering us with a spectrum of ripe fruit and Mediterranean herbs.
Parring with food: duck thighs, pheasant, also rabbit dishes or lamb chunks in herbal rind.
