Golden yellow wine with a fruity mineral note and a hint of cooked fruit and salt. The wine is aged for two years in medium-sized Slavonian oak barrels and is unfiltered. The taste, however, is very natural and uninterrupted.
Vitovska is a typical Karst variety, which is proving to be more and more interesting and promising both in terms of quality and expression. Vitovska is an autochthonous variety that has been fertilizing the Karst culture from generation to generation for many centuries. It is extremely lush, so the appropriate load (not too little) of vines is extremely important. The harvest period is from the last week in September – the first week in October.
