Barva je nežna, zlato rumena. Mehurčki so majhni in številni. Vonj je zrel, nekoliko intenzivnejši, fin. Prevladujejo arome kruha, lešnikov, hrasta in začimb. V ustih je suho, s polnejšim telesom za peneče vino in s čudovitimi, zrelimi kislinami. Tekstura mehurčkov je oljnata, značaj v ustih pa še kompleksnejši kot na nosu.
