Organic EVIN ROSE is composed of 5 different varieties (Refošk 50%, Merlot 15%, Cab. Sauvignon 15%, Syrah 15%, Cipro 5%). The juice is naturally de-stemmed and cleaned without pressing, followed by a long controlled frementation and, after a short fermentation in inox containers, bottling in special Paris wine bottles.
Served chilled 5-7°C.
Pairing with food: The perfect accompaniment to summer seafood as well as summer get-togethers.
