Opis izdelka

VELVET Rosé is a fresh rosé wine produced 100% from Velvet black (Žametna črnina) grapes from Sremič pri zidanica. Due to the frost, the yield was about 0.5 kg per vine, but therefore the velvety blackness ripened to the maximum and we were able to produce a nice rosé wine. It has a light and lively pink color, the taste is fresh and it does not lack minerality. Dry and balanced.
Serve chilled at 7-9 °C
Vineyard location: Sremič, near the Kunej brickyard
Winemaking: Direct pressing of grapes, controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers

Pairing with food: we recommend it on its own or with light seafood and meat dishes, it also goes well with Asian dishes.
