Cabernet Sauvignon Piro

Deep ruby-purple colors. Emphasized nose after coffee, tobacco, black currant, a bit animalistic. Dry in the mouth, bold, despite the abundance of tannins, the wine gives a soft feeling. Rich, full, closer in structure to the New World but retains the freshness of Bordeaux. Very nice performance.

Piro White label line:

Selected grapes, low load per vine, optimal ripeness of grapes, manual harvesting, vinification in stainless steel tanks, cold maceration up to 12 hours, fermentation at low temperatures, existence on yeast for 8 months. Charging in August, for sale in November.

Elegant one-year-old wines, which are characterized by variety, fruitiness and freshness, but also fullness.

Wines: chardonnay, pinot gris, sauvignon, Soreli (macerated sauvignonnasse), plase (chardonnay and sauvignon type), cabernet sauvignon.
