Živa Pregeljc

Dry, rich, harmonious rose sparkling wine. Produced according to the classic method, the base wine is rosé from the Merlot grape. Soft pink colors. Foaming is quite restrained. The flower is ripe, calm, a little yeasty, ripe red fruit, also mead. Dry in the mouth, foaming is more abundant, high acids. In the mouth, we find even more emphasis on tertiary notes – firnezh stands out. With a shorter decline.

We named her Živa (Alive). Živa represents the goddess of life in Slovenian mythology.

We mark special moments of life with sparkling wine. Birthdays, anniversaries, graduation, new friendships or just any day that was particularly kind.

Pairing with food: fish, pasta, dried meat.
