Neron Santei

Neron from Santei is a natural rose wine made from 100 % pinot noir grapes. The low alcohol level (11.5 %) makes it a perfect summer wine or aperitif. It is organic and Demeter certified.

Neron has the colour of raspberry syrup. Very fresh on the nose, with an intense scent of strawberries, accompanied by raspberries and cherries in the back, as well as gentle citrus notes. On the taste, the rose is very funky and refreshing. We recommend you to chill it well and drink it with an ice cube with basil or mint leaf, and you will have a great aperitif.

Pinot noir grapes were in skin contact overnight and lightly pressed. Stabilized in inox barrel before bottleing.

Pairing with food: seafood (lobster, seared salmon, tuna, prawns), duck, lamb, and white cheeses, such as brie, fresh goat’s cheese toast.
