Opis izdelka

The color is soft pink. The flower is quite ripe for the year 2022, it shows notes of dried pears, honey. Dry in the mouth, with an oily texture, but above all with more character, which is more lively than the flower suggested, even if the ripening notes remain strongly perceptible.

Pairing with food: Rose Kristalvin is a good companion to dishes from barbecue, cured meats. It is a good accompaniment to elaborate meat dishes such as tournedos Rossini, osso buco, beef cheeks or tail, as well as pasta with cocoa and mature hard cheeses.
