CLARUS – Pinot noir without added sulfates

The wine can be produced in the best vintages, where we reach an alcohol level above 14% alc.. The wine matured for 30 months in a barrique barrel and is bottled directly from the barrel without filtration and without added sulfite.

Pairing with food: excellent with red meat.
