Johanina penina Rose Meranovo

It is a dry sparkling wine made according to the classic method from rose wine of the Pinot Noir variety. Its ruby-red-rose color makes it recognizable at first glance, and the taste surprises with its pleasant freshness and balanced sugars and acids. The wine matures in the bottle on yeast for at least two years. The pleasant pink color and the vibrancy of the bubbles, which persistently come to the surface, give the appeal of this wine. We immediately feel a fresh fruity scent, reminiscent of the aromas of ripe small red fruit (raspberry…). It tastes light and melts nicely in the mouth.

Pairing with food: goes well with dried meat cuts, fresh strawberries, smoked trout, caviar. Even those who usually avoid wines will love this sparkling wine. Recommended as an aperitif.
