Pinela De Adami

One of the oldest Vipava wine varieties, more feminine than Zelen (green), but no less interesting, fresh, popular for centuries. Pinela is also characterized by a gentle light greenish-yellow color, a fairly intense flower, in which there are a wide variety of floral and fruit perceptions, especially citrus and peaches. The taste of pinella is rounded off by pleasant fresh acids, which connect the other features of this noble wine in a harmonious body. Due to its distinct drinkability, pinela is a good accompaniment to home-made prosciutto, as well as other meat, fish and seafood dishes.
