Opis izdelka

The color is medium intense golden yellow with amber shades. The flower is moderately accentuated, balsamic, slightly honeyed, also after the wood. It is very dry in the mouth, the astringency is minimal, the acids are higher and ripe, the texture is oily, the taste is pleasantly clear, the aftertaste is longer.

Pairing with food: aged cheese, veal, beef.
