Rebula Extra Brut Kristalvin

Sparkling wine of a fresh yellow color with greenish shades. Tiny bubbles are released slowly but steadily. The flower is reminiscent of a spring walk through orchards and tarry meadows, and at the same time lime and green apple. Herbs, especially mint and fennel, as well as spices, especially ginger and white pepper, emerge from the background.
Pleasant to the taste. The bubbles come to life and fill the mouth cavity with a pleasant fruitiness that is most reminiscent of baked apples and an apple roll with just the right amount of cinnamon.

Pairing with food: Rebula extra brut Kristalvin is an excellent accompaniment to spring vegetable plates, asparagus in tempura, risotto with spring herbs, especially with a cup, raw fish and shellfish, white meat in mild sauces, meat in gelatin and soft cheeses.
