Soft lemon colors. The flower is more discreet, youthful. Yellow apple, lemon, a nice fruity touch in the direction of peach. Invite. Dry in the mouth, medium body, higher acidity, with a lively and oily texture. The fruity charge in the mouth offers even more intensity than the flower, as well as a wider aromatic spectrum.

Pairing with food: fish, pasta, shellfish.
