Opis izdelka

Clear wine of a golden yellow color with dense, almost oily tears that slowly slide down the wall of the glass. A refined, intense, rich first nose that impresses with its multifaceted and varied aromas. A wonderful wine with a long decline.

Location: Pula (280m above sea level), flysch-sand soil on a marl-schist base
Wine-growing area: Slovenian Istria
Average vine age: 15 years
Harvesting: by hand, at the end of September
Filtration: no
Recommended serving temperature: 14-16°C
Production process: 10-day maceration, 36 months of maturation in 225 l French oak barrels, additional maturation in bottles.

Pairing with food: we recommend it with seafood appetizers, pasta and risotto with spicy sauces, scallops au gratin.
