Opis izdelka

Gentle lemon yellow color. The bouquet is moderately accentuated, anything but showy and thus reveals varieties and its classic attributes such as gooseberry, elderberry, lemon, grapefruit. More on the mature side of the spectrum. Dry in the mouth, rich, strong body with an oily texture. Despite its higher alcohol level, it has a good amount of acidity, liveliness, as well as freshness to achieve good balance. Not exactly aperitif, just well made! With a long, warm, tasteful decline.

Pairing with food: grilled fish, pasta, shellfish.
