Taste: Aromatic, fresh, pleasant acids. You can also detect elderberry, passion fruit, mint and nutmeg aromas in your mouth. A kind of sauvignon, awarded at home and abroad.

Food pairing: Sauvignon nicely complements ripened cheeses, asparagus dishes, white meat, fish, rice dishes, dishes spiced with fresh green herbs.
