Boris’s tip: Italian friend came 2 years ago to my wine tasting because of business. He tried this one. He bought 300 bottles.

Sincere, mineral, fundamental

Colour: yellow – green with golden shades

Aroma: the aroma of dried fruit and citrus, nicely complemented with the aroma of peach

Taste: fresh, minaral and citrusy, taste of apple in the background, pleasant sweet – salty aftertaste

Sparkling: many tiny bubbles in long chains

Pairing with food: remarkable as an aperitif, a good accompaniment to marinated chicken breasts or delicately prepared fish.

Serving temperature: 6 – 8 °C
