Zelen Domen Ferjančič

Domen, representative of the 7th Generation of the estate, grew his green. A prominent representative of winemaking in the Vipava Valley.

Zelen (green) DOMEN is made with light maceration and spontaneous fermentation, which ensures as natural a wine as possible. It has a beautiful lemon-green color and a flower that is both delicate and complex, with aromas of white peach, apricot and apple mixed with subtle herbal notes.
On the palate, the wine is dry and medium-bodied, with a refreshing acidity that perfectly balances its fruity character. In addition, a slight tannin can be detected, which adds complexity and depth to the overall flavor profile.
