Characteristics of the wine: Deeper golden yellow color with a greenish tint. It’s not completely bright. The flower is young, abundantly fragrant, very colorful. Lime, dry herbs, a bit of must. Dry in the mouth, medium-bodied, fresh, tannic, tasty, with a longer finish

Aging potential: The wine is ripe and suitable for consumption, it will probably reach its peak at the age of 3 years.

Location of the vineyards: terraces, southern position
Soil composition: marl, loam
Harvesting: thinning of bunches in the stage of softening of berries, harvesting by hand
Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with maceration for 7 days
Aging: aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats for 12 months
Bottling: without purification and filtration, 3700 bottles
Alcohol content: 12.0% vol
Content of total sulfites: 71 mg/l
Serving temperature: from 10 to 12°C
