Opis izdelka

Wine of intense yellow color with golden hues. This variety is fruity and herbal, spicy and herbaceous, honey and earthy. The body is strong, freshness relies on minerals and salinity. Each sip leads to the next sip, especially if it is accompanied by food that matches this wine.

Vinification: manual harvesting, maturation in barrel barrels one year, filtration, one year maturation in bottles.

Parring with food: seafood, poultry, suckling pig and lamb, and hard ripe cheeses.
