Fermentation takes place with its own yeasts, the wine matures for about 7 months in a steel container. The color is a gentle golden yellow. The bouquet is fine, precise, fragrant, like a flower. After cinnamon, white flowers, apricots, sage. It is dry in the mouth, with moderately mature acids and an oily texture and full flavor. The complex bouquet is also repeated in the mouth and spreads throughout the mouth.


The recommended serving temperature is 10-10 ° C
