Opis izdelka

Merlot Santei is an elegant red wine of rich flavours, concentrated around strong aromas of raspberry, blueberry and black currant. Slight oak and vanilla aromas, accompanied by earthy and peppery spiciness, finished with a scent of coffee. The wine is medium bodied, matured in traditionally produced wooden barrels made from Slovenian oak. Certified Organic.

Merlot was macerated for 10 days, then matured in Slovenian 500 l oak barrels for 12 months, and stabilised in inox barrel for 12 months.

Pairing with food: red meat, barbecue, dried meats, steak.
