Rebula Kristalvin

Wine of a delicate straw color with greenish shades. In the glass, we are initially greeted by extremely tiny bubbles that emphasize the varietal specialty of the wine. The bouquet is delicate, with a dominant perception of white flowers, both meadow and shrub, and yellow fruit, especially citrus, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon. The taste is harmonious, fresh, youthful, pleasantly salty (mineral). Fruit tones dominate, from mulberry and vineyard peach to citrus fruits, all nicely rounded with pleasant acidity and a moderate alcohol level.

Pairing with food: Rebula Kristalvin is an ideal aperitif wine that goes well with snacks based on cottage cheese and young cheese, especially mozzarella with tomatoes and basil, raw oysters, sashimi and vegetable sushi.
