Sivi pinot Kristalvin

A wine with a gentle copper or onion color, which reveals prolonged contact with the skins. The bouquet is distinctly fruity, reminiscent of ripe peaches and raspberries, but not without the presence of spices, especially white pepper and coriander. Fresh on the palate, with challenging acidity, which the alcohol brings together in a pleasant harmony, making it soft and drinkable. The aftertaste is long and keeps the feeling of freshness all the way to the end.

Pairing with food: Kristalvin Pinot Grigio is an excellent accompaniment to fish brodettes and herb minestrone, chicken and rabbit stews, delicate risottos with mushrooms or herbs and potato dishes such as moussaka, as well as steaks with pork, veal and turkey meat, especially when prepared in a rich pepper sauce with capers.
