TO Sauvigonasse Kristalvin

Light yellow wine with green hues. Fresh, crystal clear, with a flower reminiscent of spring meadows, fruit trees in bloom, and to some extent nuts, especially almonds. In the mouth, it is more restrained for recognition, but still provocatively youthful, distinctly mineral, almost crispy.

Pairing with food: TO Sauvignonasse Kristalvin is a good companion to dishes with “wild food”, such as salads with free-growing vegetables (dandelion, hops, gorse) and herb fritters, as well as risotto with peas, zucchini “spaghetti”, salty young cheeses and mixed prepared with them salads (Shopska, Greek, Macedonian), cold vegetable soups (tomato, cucumber) and summer barbecues with poultry.
