Zelen is an autochthonic wine sort from the Vipava valley.

It is of straw yellow colour with distinct greenish shades.

Its gentle aroma is complemented with traces of green apple, pear and typical Mediterranean herbs.

Once in the mouth it is pleasantly refreshing with a harmonic, rich taste.
