Opis izdelka

Autochthonous white wine, found only in upper Vipava valley. It is a light wine with lower alcohol level. Its unique but intense aroma is often hard to describe.
Vinification: After picked, the berries are removed from grape stalk and then pressed. The juice is cleaned with nitrogen and then put in stainless steel tanks for further fermentation and aging. The wine is bottled after nine months.
Colour: slightly yellow with shades of green.
Aroma: unique, apple, pear, and other fruits.​
Food: pancetta, sea food, cold dishes.
