Chardonnay Sutor

Chardonnay, which offers us an abundance of tropical fruits, lively acids and minerality. Elegant wine with a nice long aftertaste.

CHARDONNAY grapes come from our older vineyards, where growth is moderate and yields are low (30hl / ha). We cultivate the vineyards with great respect for nature. The wine matures for 12 months in wooden 20hl barrels together with 15% berry skins without flow and with frequent stirring.

The wine, which is extremely rich, shows a wide range of ripe tropical fruits, vanilla and spices on the nose. The wine is medium-bodied, tasty, mineral and lively acid. Pleasant freshness in the mouth is the hallmark of the coastal climate. It is drunk with rich food or just for consumption.
