MERLOT is the most popular type of wine in our region, which is characterized by the characteristic flavors of forest fruits and cut grass. The intense cherry to carmine red color and the high extract content and balanced fruit character give this wine is universally drinkable. As it ages, it becomes one of the most valuable types of wine. Its varietal character fades, however it acquires a subtle flavor and lovely taste.

Pairing with food: It is served at 16-18°C with game dishes, stewed beef and pasta with a strong sauce.
