Very dry in the mouth, fruity, balsamic notes can be detected, which testify to a longer contact with the skins, which is confirmed by the oily texture and clear tannin grip. Full body. Tasty, full – old style in a modern way. Late harvest when the grapes are fully ripe, 21-day maceration, pressing and flow into 300l oak barrels, where the wine matures for 24 months after mixing – bâtonnage.

Pairing with food: seafood (shrimp, mussels and fish), seafood risotto, white meat, pasta, vegetables, various appetizers.
