Fresh white wines
All fresh wines are produced using the same process. At optimal ripeness, the grapes are hand-picked. Cool the grapes in chambers at 4°C for at least 1 day. Afterwards, the grapes are ground in a pestle and pressed in a press. It is important to press the grapes chilled, as this prevents various oxidations, which is important in preserving the natural aromas and color of the wine.

The variety is mainly in the Goriške Brdy, but it also grows well in the Vipava Valley. It is a fresh mineral wine, harmonious, reminiscent of almonds in taste – aroma of vanilla.
Soft lemon colors. The flower is gentler, restrained, after citrus fruits, white flowers. Sure. Dry, the texture is pleasantly oily, medium body, moderate acidity. The taste in the mouth is calm and clear. A very nice ribolla. Aperitif.

Pairing with food: It is served at 10 °C, goes well with poultry, pasta, dry meats.
