Fresh, mineral, elegant

Colour: pale yellow with green hue

Aroma: wonderful and delicate aromas of acacia, citrus and green apple

Taste: initially very citrusy, fresh and mineral, then upgraded with the taste of ripe white fruit and cedar, long-lasting aftertaste

Pairing with food: can be served with raw fish, sea bass carpaccio, shellfish and oysters, summer salad and soft cheeses, an excellent companion of Mediterranean cuisine.

Serving temperature: 8-10 °C
