Opis izdelka

Klinec’s Rebula is a wonderful macerated white wine made from Rebula grapes. or Ribolla Gialla, which comes from the Slovenian Collio. It has an intense golden yellow color. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of fruit and flowers, in particular lime and broom. Then aromas of tobacco and minerals emerge. Sorso is full-bodied and mineral, enveloping and savory, fine and complex. Long finish where the tannin echoes. Organic wine made according to the ancient artisanal method.

Pairing with food: It goes perfectly with first courses of vegetables, second courses of fish, semi-aged cheeses, to try with a baked snapper with potatoes.
