Soft, rich, elegant

Colour: typical straw yellow with copper shades

Aroma: distinctly fruity, with the aromas of stone fruits such as white peach, nectarine, and apricot

Taste: rich, velvet blend of peach and apricot with creamy and long-lasting aftertaste

Pairing with food: can be paired with a wide range of dishes, goes well with all fish dishes, pasta, baked cheese, due to its character, it goes well with world cuisine, both Eastern and Western.
