Fresh malvasia with lemon-yellow colour and has rich fruity smells of melons and apples.

Dry wine obtained from the vine of the Malvasia variety.

Vines per acre: 4,700 – 4,900 (1,900 – 1,980 per acre)

Yield per acre: 8,000 – 9,000 kg

Harvesting method: by hand, with selection of the grapes

Vinification: white with boiling must and grafting of selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.

Keg type: stainless steel to maintain temperature.

Bottling: cold at low temperatures.

Organoleptic examination: golden yellow.

Aroma: fresh acacia and cabbage aroma.

Taste: expressed notes of white flowers and almonds.

Bottle: light brown 750 ml.

Side note: excellent for fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.

Serving temperature: 8 ° C -10 ° C. It should be consumed within a few years. Ideal as an aperitif.
