Considering the year 2018, when the grapes were very healthy in the ripening phase, this Malvasia was picked a little later. Extremely aromatic and with little tannins, it was macerated for 45 days in home-made oak barrels, in which it also matured for a good year. Fermentation took place with its own yeast, at an uncontrolled temperature.

Deeper golden yellow colors with amber shades, intense aromas, quince reminds us of gooseberries. The bouquet is highlighted, after honey, orange peel, fine pine resin, spruce tops. It is light, soft and rich in the mouth. With a long conclusion.

The recommended serving temperature is 12-14 ° C

Paring with food: fish from the oven, white meat with spices.
