Chardonnay Piro

Medium deep golden yellow. The bouquet is calm, slightly ripe, hinting at very ripe grapes. Butter, white flowers, a pinch of lime. Dry in the mouth, although it gives a slightly sweet, soft feeling. The acids are on the lower side and the feeling in the mouth is full. The intensity in the mouth is wonderful, the aromatic profile is very varied over time. Reference thoroughbred chardonnay.

Selected grapes, low load per vine, optimal ripeness of grapes, manual harvesting, vinification in stainless steel tanks, cold maceration up to 12 hours, fermentation at low temperatures, existence on yeast for 8 months. Charging in August, for sale in November.
