Opis izdelka

Medium deep golden yellow color. The flower has matured a bit, lemon, dry herbs, wet stone. Honeyed, somewhat closed. Dry, higher acidity, maturation seems fairly quick for the vintage. Plenty of saltiness, delicious with moderate alcohol. Demanding, special, good, culinary very friendly.

Pairing with food: poultry, grilled fish, pasta.
