Goli breg -white is a species of local and autochthonous Vipava varieties, the so-called Vipavec.
The grapes are hand-picked from one organically cultivated terraced vineyard, in which all varieties are planted together. Vinification on our own yeasts, up to 21 days long maceration, maturation in wood and concrete eggs without the presence of SO2, in combination with a marly-ringed base with sea sediments and bora, is the true expression of the terroir of the Vipava hills.
