In the path of the winemaker it’s important to understand the nature. People are not used anymore to listen to it, but paying attention on her colours, scents and cicles eveything became clearer. The most significant work of the winemaker is connected to the vineyards, because to make a great wine it needs: a great terroir, a great variety and a mature seed.

Ponca – our soil. Composed of marl and sandstone is vocated for the fructiculture thanks to her property of withholing water in dry periods and gifting the wine with her minerality.

The variety – is related to the parallels. This territory is the kingdom of Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana and Friulano.

Time is the owner of the cellar. In the firsts months the wine gets signed by the maceration extracting: the crunchiness of the fruit, the minerality of the terroir and the rythm of the vintage. Afterwards it remain for three years in the wooden belly of the barrels and one year in the bottle. Our work is focused on the preservation of what we reached in the vineyard and to reproduce it in every sip.
