We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.

In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another arrangement for the completion of your order.

The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process payment.

We reserve the right not to accept any order.

All goods are offered subject to availability.


For orders of all items the delivery window will be confirmed during the checkout process. We will do everything we can to meet this timeframe however we accept no liability for goods which fail to arrive within this window due to circumstances which we consider to be beyond our control.

For deliveries we predominantly use DPD courier service. This courier will only attempt to deliver items three times after which they will be returned to the BE-WINES.COM Store. In this instance or if items are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address given by you we reserve the right to pass on the cost of redelivery.

Transit times vary depending on service & destination.

Any local excise duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any other additional charges levied by local customs. Your local customs authority may require specific paperwork, certificates or other documentation to allow for clearance of the goods. The preparation / procurement of the paperwork is solely the responsibility of the customer. Any delays relating to the actions of local customs offices will not be the responsibility of Be-wines.com online store.

Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees, VAT, or duties charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are controlled by governmental authorities in the country where the package is shipped to, and can vary from area to area. It is unfortunately quite difficult to estimate what these fees might be prior to shipping and we encourage you to check with the laws in your area if you have further questions. Your package may be held by your local post office if additional import fees are required or If you choose not to pay these fees and do not pick up your package.


Prices are in euros with VAT. The price listed next to each bottle does not include shipping costs.

The price displayed at the end of the order is the final price, which also includes the shipping cost.

The buyer covers the cost of packaging. The price of the package is already included in the final price of the invoice.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur & goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you & ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before we accept your order. Where an end date is specified on any offer on the website, it is intended as a guide only. Be-wine onlie store reserves the right to change prices at any time.

The provider reserves the right to change prices. The valid price is the one published on the day of the order, i.e. on the day of completion and award of the contract.


The provider provides the following methods of payment:

Payment by proforma invoice: intended primarily for legal entities. The buyer receives a pro forma invoice by mail to the address specified in the order. After paying the pro forma invoice, the shipment will be dispatched within the agreed time.

Cash on delivery; if the buyer wants to pay after receipt, such a method is only possible with payment in cash. Regardless of the value of the shipment, the buyer must be present at the pick-up in person. In the case of sending a cash-on-delivery package, you only pay the postman the actual amount you received when confirming the order. We have a contract with DPD, so the cost of depositing cash is covered by the buyer.

Credit card payment via Paylike system: the customer can also pay for the ordered wine securely with a credit card. The reception provider; Visa, Mastercard, Discover

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.

Credit card authorizations are made in real time with immediate verification of data at banks.

Card information is not recorded on the provider’s server.


The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data. These will be used exclusively for managing invoices, offers and other necessary documentation.


The bidder is obliged to establish an effective system for handling complaints. The bidder will endeavor to deal with the complaint as soon as possible and inform the buyer.

It will also work to resolve any disputes amicably.


We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.


In the event of complaint please email info@be-wines.com store giving as much detail as you can. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours & you can expect a full resolution of your complaint within a further 72 hours. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this. Each complaint will be treated as confidential & will be attended to by a senior manager.


For the purposes of the prevention or detection of offences, and/or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders, we may share any information that we collect with the Police, other public or private sector agencies or representative bodies in accordance with the relevant legislation. Information shared in this way will not be used for marketing purposes.


The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. Therefore, the buyer must be of legal age at the time of placing the order. Otherwise, the bidder immediately withdraws from the contract. By agreeing to the general terms and conditions, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

The Ministry of Health warns; excessive alcohol consumption is detrimental to health.
