Altum

On the southwest slopes of Globoka, with a beautiful view of the city of Ljutomer, the Altum Family Winery has been maintaining a family tradition of viticulture and winemaking since 1936. In 2019, we upgraded the organic viticulture with the production of wine using biodynamic methods. In our cellars, every autumn, naturally fermented macerated wines are born in clay and wooden vessels without any additives during vinification, made from controlled and certified organic grapes from our vineyards.
