Hedele

The company was founded with the aim of producing white varieties of wine for aging in the Vipava valley, which was already known as a prestigious wine-growing zone during the Austro-Hungarian period.

The farm was created by purchasing several abandoned vineyards of different owners, which, due to the geological composition of the soil and location, are suitable for the production of wines with great potential. Most of the vineyards are in the vicinity of the picturesque village of Goče, which is known for its many stone vaulted cellars.

We practice organic farming in the vineyard, and in the cellar we try to preserve the fruitiness and typical characteristics of the territory.
