A red variety produced from the varieties Teran, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Of course, it was named after the Karst and because it is beautiful.
It is a ruby red wine with a garnet hue. Smell of red fruit, spices and undergrowth. Slightly tannic, full of flavor and a nice long aftertaste.
Paring with food: red meat dishes (venison, beef steak …), aged mountain cheese
